Individual
Personalised 90-minute sessions with Hannah or Hans to guide your healing journey.
Our 1-1 coaching can be booked per session or by block of sessions, but we do recommend our package of 10 sessions, which is generally the minimum that is required to give us enough time with you to help you work through your trauma or blocked emotions on a deep level.
These sessions can vary depending on your specific situation and needs. Our space at home is indoors, it's light, bright & airy. We can also work outdoors if you are in agreement. Some of our sessions will be more traditional 'talk therapy', which can move into some somatic work.
Somatic therapy is an approach to healing that focuses on the connection between the mind and the body. Instead of working only through thoughts and talking, it helps you notice and process physical sensations—like tension, breath, posture, or movement—because emotions and past experiences are often stored in the body.
By gently bringing awareness to these bodily sensations, somatic therapy aims to release stress, trauma, and patterns that may be stuck in the nervous system. It often includes techniques like breathwork, grounding, mindful movement, and body awareness.
Hans may use Laho Chi or Somatic touch to help you release. In both of these cases you would lay down fully clothed on a massage bed. Hans would lay his hands on specific parts of your body and apply light to moderate pressure. This would only be done with your consent. This release can be very powerful.
Workshops
Half and full-day workshops focused on self-awareness and reconnecting with life.
Our workshops can be used in conjunction with individual or group sessions, however they are designed to give you an opportunity to meet with yourself and consider where you are in life v where you would like to be in life without needing to commit to weekly sessions with us.
The workshop starts at 9am and finishes around midday. We provide drinks during this time as well as a light lunch for the full day workshop. The sessions are generally held indoors, although this could change and would be discussed in advance. You don't need to bring anything with you other than an open mind and heart.
There can be up to 15 people in a group, the sessions are relaxed and informal with absolutely no judgement. We offer you a safe space during this time. You are free to leave, move, talk, drink, cry, laugh or to express any other emotions that come up, in a safe way.
This is a condensed version of the full-day workshop, so we do have less time for deeper reflection, however we guide you through a process of reflexion, self-questioning and creating a new version of yourself with actionable steps to take away with you.
If we have time & permission we try to end with a fire ceremony, which is part of a shamanic ritual releasing what no longer serves you: old emotions, limiting beliefs, grief, or past experiences. The act of offering something to the fire (like a written intention or a natural object) makes that inner process feel tangible and real.
