General Terms & Conditions Your Natural Healing
1. Services

Natural Healing will provide the client with holistic life coaching and mind-body sessions & integrative somatic practices, including tools & techniques, which will take place at a nominated and agreed upon time, in person or via video call.

2. Scope of practice

a. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or consulting and that the coach may suggest a referral where my needs are beyond their scope of practice as a coach.

b. The coach is not a physician and therefore does not diagnose or treat disease, and that the sessions are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health practitioner for mental health illnesses, illnesses, injuries, or other medical conditions.

c. That coaching sessions are 100% judgement free.

3. Process

a. This is the process: We begin with a client intake session that will be similar to a first visit with a doctor or therapist where much of your history will be reviewed. This is a question-and-answer process and lays a strong foundation of discovery in order to move forward.

b. After the session: After each session you will have tools and techniques that you should put into your daily practice. The more work you do on your own, the more progress you will also see within your sessions.

4. Confidentiality / clients rights

a. Anything said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any person outside of our organisation. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical, or criminal activities.

b. The coach may release information if subpoenaed or otherwise legally obligated, or reasonably allowed to do so. (Including circumstances where there is clear and imminent danger to ourselves or another person).

c. Our confidential personal file is kept in a secure location and is retained for 5 years after the coaching services cease, after which time all information will be destroyed in a proper manner.

d. You may instruct the coach to release information to other health care practitioners in writing if necessary.

5. Commitment

a. The role of a holistic / somatic coach is to act as a supportive guide during the coaching process. The results that will stem from each session will depend entirely on the responsibility of the client taking action on the agreed steps forward to create the changes the client desire.

b. If at any time the client has a concern about the coaching experience, you agree to raise it with the coach in the first instance, either verbally or in writing. My coach requires healthy communication in order to provide me with a speedy resolution.

6. Cancellation / rescheduling

a. Client must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule our session by phone or email.

b. If the client fails to notify the coach and completely miss our scheduled session, the client will be responsible for full payment of that session.

7. Payments

a. The client agrees that payment is required within 5 days of each session where sessions are not in person and upon each session where sessions are in-person.

b. The client agrees to be liable for all payments until the invoice is paid in full. If the client does not pay each instalment of a payment plan on time, the client understands that the sessions may cease until all has been paid up to-date.

c. I understand the method of payment is via direct debit, cheque, PayPal or cash.

8. Acknowledgement

a. The client has read and understood the above disclosure regarding the services offered by Your Natural Healing.

b. Neither Hannah nor Hans are a licensed physician and that their services are not licensed by the French government. It is the clients responsibility to maintain a relationship for the best interest of the client, with a medical doctor, if I so desire. The above named is not trained to diagnose illness, make recommendations involving pharmaceutical drugs or surgery, or handle medical emergencies.

c. It is clear that the above disclosure regarding privacy policies and confidentiality, and that experiences during these sessions are confidential, but subject to the usual exceptions governed by French laws and other federal laws and regulations.

d. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, the client or a representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Hannah Waters & Hans Jacobs from and against any and all claims, or liability of whatsoever kind, or nature arising out of or in connection with, the session(s).

e. All will be discussed with the coach. Client understands the responsibilities and benefits of holistic life coaching and mind-body education & integrative somatic practice, the nature and limits of confidentiality, and what is expected of the client of this Service.

9. Coaching and sessions

a. Coaching sessions

i. The coaching schedule will be arranged between the coach and the client and can be booked up to 3 months in advance. Wet will recommend the frequency of coaching sessions based on a professional assessment of the client’s requirements. This recommendation, or plan, is not binding and may be altered and adjusted throughout the coaching journey by mutual agreement, in accordance with the terms set out in this agreement.

ii. Where no specific number is agreed sessions will be provided on a session-by-session basis.

iii. In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), we agree to provide the service as described below and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).

iv. The date that the first coaching session takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the service. Where any client is unhappy with any of the terms and conditions, they can contact us to discuss any concerns and see if they can be resolved before the first coaching session. Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

b. Format of Sessions

i. Sessions are by phone either via video call, WhatsApp video or audio or by telephone direct. We are responsible for ensuring that she/he is available for consultation at agreed times.

ii. The length of each session set by the client at the time of booking on the appointment booking platform and paid for accordingly at the time of booking. Sessions may over-run by mutual agreement, but only if the coach has no commitments immediately following the session.

c. Session fees

i. Our current fees are stipulated on the website and made clear at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change these from time to time. Any payments for sessions paid in advance are honoured even if prices have risen between the point of booking and the time of session.

d. Dates and times of sessions

i. The date and time of the first session and any subsequent session will be discussed and confirmed to you by mail or text.

10. Confidentiality


Personal information or business information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, save where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.

11. Responsibilities


We will seek to enable the client to improve their quality of life or level of business success and to achieve their desired outcomes. Remarkable results can be achieved where clients follow a clear plan in a committed way. However, the client has sole responsibility for taking important decisions in their life or business. We have no liability for any loss incurred by any client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in trauma recovery, quality of life, career or business or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.

12. Variation of terms and conditions


Where an initial number of Sessions is agreed, any changes to these terms and conditions intended to take effect prior to the conclusion of those initial mumber of sessions will only have effect if agreed by both us and the client and confirmed by us in writing by email or letter. In other cases, we may change any of these terms or conditions including the Per Session Fee by giving the client one week’s notice in writing by letter or e-mail of the change(s). If following receipt of such notification of change, the client no longer wishes to proceed with further coaching sessions, they may withdraw from the service immediately by giving notice in writing by email or letter and they will then be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid in advance for coaching sessions not yet provided. Such notice will be effective on receipt by us.

13. Governing law


This contract is governed by the law of France whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.
