Our Approach

We are unique as we work as a couple and bring different training & experiences to our clients. Hans is a certified Somatic Practitioner, is certified in LahoChi, has experience in Shamanism and is currently training to be able to support our clients in healing using herbs & plants. Hannah is a certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind & Body Practitioner who helps her clients understand the connection between their past traumas and what is happening in their bodies and helps them to shift through the pain. Together, we can create a highly specific & holistic healing path for each individual client, depending on their needs & challenges. Both Hannah & Hans have used somatic practices along with Shamanism and use of teas, herbs & plants to heal from past trauma and, in Hannah’s case, have moved through significant illness.

Our French Home

The Dordogne is one of France’s most atmospheric and historically rich regions, tucked into the larger Nouvelle-Aquitaine in the southwest. It’s often referred to as Périgord, its old provincial name, and feels like a place where time slows down.

The region is defined by
rolling green hills, dense oak forests, sunflower fields, and winding rivers—especially the Dordogne River, which snakes past cliffs and medieval villages. The scenery is gentle rather than dramatic, but deeply picturesque, with honey-colored stone buildings that glow in the evening light.

We moved here with three of our children, our 2 horses (Lolita & Taiiga), our donkey (Biscuit), 3 dogs (Oscar, Parker & Vektor), Marble the cat and our chickens! We found a beautiful spot nestled over 7 hectares/17 acres of land where our family could find peace. We are grateful every day for the fresh air that we breath, for the sunrises & sunsets, the sound of the birds, the snorts from the horses and the love that we have around us.

The Dordogne is the perfect place to take a breath, slow down, look inwards & reconnect. We work directly from our home where we have a dedicated indoor space for our 1-1 sessions as well as more than 3 hectares of our own woodlands and various walks from our doorstep, should our session take us outdoors. We run monthly group sessions, which usually take place in either Bergerac or Sarlat.
